Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 8, 2025
Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase.
1. Introduction & Agreement
This document outlines the Terms of Service ("ToS") for all purchases made on the AdderallMC webstore. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 or have obtained parental consent, and you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions listed below. You also agree that you have the authority to use the selected payment method.
2. Payments & Transactions
All payments are processed through secure, third-party gateways (such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.). We do not store any of your sensitive financial information on our servers. All items are digital and are delivered automatically to the specified Minecraft username upon successful payment.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases are final and strictly non-refundable.
Due to the digital nature of our products and their immediate delivery, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a digital good has been delivered to your account, it cannot be returned.
4. Chargeback Policy
Attempting to issue a chargeback or dispute a payment through PayPal or any other payment gateway is a violation of these terms. Any attempt to do so will result in:
- An immediate and permanent ban from our entire Minecraft network (all servers).
- A permanent ban from making any future purchases on this webstore.
- We may contest the dispute with evidence of your agreement to these terms and the delivery of the digital goods.
5. Nature of Purchased Goods
You are not purchasing ownership of a digital item, but rather a revocable license to use virtual items and perks on the AdderallMC network. We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove any perks, items, ranks, or packages at any time, for any reason, without notice or compensation. Perks and items are subject to change to maintain game balance and server health.
6. Player Conduct & Bans
Your purchase does not exempt you from the server rules. If you are banned from any of our servers for breaking our in-game rules (e.g., cheating, harassment, exploiting), you will not be eligible for a refund for any purchased items. Your access to purchased perks will be forfeited along with your access to the server.
7. Support
For any issues regarding a purchase, such as not receiving an item, please contact our support team by opening a ticket in our official Discord server. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
8. Privacy
We collect basic information required to process your order, such as your Minecraft username and email address. This information is used solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and support. We will never sell or distribute your personal information.
9. Modification of Terms
AdderallMC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the store after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms listed above.
